Join the family as a practitioner Apply for a place If you would like to apply for a place please submit a completed registration form directly to the nursery you would like to attend. We encourage all parents to come for a show round at the nursery before sending in a registration form.  This gives you a chance to meet us, see our facilities and learn more about our ethos. Download a registration form for Woodentops SW4 or Woodentops SW12. We do share information between the nurseries so if we are unable to offer you a place at your chosen building we may be able to offer you at the other. Parents wishing to apply for a Reception class place at The White House (entry at 4+) are advised to register as early as possible.  Entry at 4+ is non-selective and on a first come first served basis.  Children attending either nursery or the Kindergarten are given priority on the waiting list.
